Cannadelic Night Market – Load-In Instructions

📍 Date: June 6, 2026
📍 Location: Coastal Creative, 2201 1st Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712
⏰ Event Time: 6:00PM – Midnight

Vendor Load-In Window

🕓 Indoor Vendor Load-In: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM

🕕 Outdoor Vendor Load-In Ends: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY – You will be asked to come back

⚠️ Late arrivals may not be accommodated due to safety and fire-marshal regulations.

Arrival & Check-In

1. Arrive during your assigned load-in window
2. Drive up to Vendor Check-In upon arrival (do not park)
3. You will receive:

• Booth location
• Wristbands (per your vendor package)
• Any additional instructions

Please have:

• Your vendor name
• Your booth number (if provided)
• Your order confirmation ready

Parking & Unloading

• Temporary unloading only is allowed in the load-in zone
• After unloading, all vehicles must be moved 
• Vehicles may not remain in the loading area during the event
• View Parking Map

🚫 No vehicle access will be permitted once the event opens.

Booth Guidelines

• Booths must stay within your assigned footprint
• No blocking walkways, exits, or neighboring vendors
• All displays must be self-supported
• No nails, screws, or permanent fixtures
• Power access is only available if purchased in advance – Tap  Here to Purchase 

What to Bring

• Extension cords (if power was purchased)
• Tablecloths (required)
• Lighting (battery or approved power only)
• Signage
• Any required licenses or COAs (if applicable)

Teardown / Load-Out

🕙 Load-Out Begins: After event close

• No early breakdowns
• Vehicles will be allowed back into the load-out area once cleared by staff
• Please leave your area clean and free of debris

• Cannadelic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items
• You are responsible for your booth during load-in, event hours, and load-out
• Be respectful of staff, venue rules, and fellow vendors
