Gustavo is a community leader who carries altars from South and North America and provides assistance to Indigenous elders in organizing and facilitating Native American Ceremonies. Gustavo is a professional chef with over 20  years of experience highlighting and advocating for Indigenous people through food.  He is the cofounder of Munay Wasi indigenous cultural center.
